Due to high message volume, our moderators may not be able to respond to every individual query in detail. Therefore, we kindly request customers to read the product information carefully before placing an order.
Please note that returns or complaints are handled only in case of clear product issues such as wrong item delivery or major defects. General preference-based complaints may not be accepted.

After order.

We start processing your order 30 minutes from receiving your name, address & phone number.

After this time we would not be able to cancel your order and if you cancel, you must pay via bKash the delivery charge and return charges.

If you want to cancel for any reason, no matter what, you must pay the delivery charge.

We do not do deliveries on fixed date, and not negotiable.

Urgent deliveries are made with higher delivery charges only inside Dhaka City.
